The houses are situated in the...where one can still observe agricultural practices till in operation to this day. The surrounding orchard was once the Rosita de Fimbapaire: one of the most important agricultural centres in Fuerteventura. The tranquility of this location exerts an intangible sense of peace, in a hinterland of pasture and speckled with trees, and 2 unforgettable rural houses with which to savour this atmosphere. Built around the 18th century, they preserve the purity of their lines and their respect for local traditions. Due to the lack of buildings around them, they still remain isolated. The rooms are spacious and have a comfortable and homely atmosphere.
SITUATION

Situated in the north of the island of Fuerteventura in the historic village of La Oliva, about 12km away from the beaches of El Cotillo and Corralejo, they are ideal as a starting point for excursions to the natural areas of Montaña and Malpaís de La Arena, Montaña de Tindaya (Tindaya Mountain), La Muda, Dunas de Corralejo (Corralejo Dunes), etc.

Está situada en el lugar conocido por Fimbapaire a unos 3 km. del centro del pueblo y a 1 km. de la casa más cercana. Contamos con dos casas situadas en una finca, y donde aún se sigue realizando las tareas agricolas. El entorno de gavias y cercados constituye lo que fue la Rosita de Fimbapaire: unidad agrícola de primer orden en Fuerteventura. La soledad ejerce un poderío en un paisaje agrícola de gavias y árboles diseminados bajo este nombre de Fimbapaire, y allí una casa inolvidable para saborear el silencio. Su construcción se remonta al siglo XVII y está relacionada, según la tradición, con la llegada del poder militar a Fuerteventura. Es una construcción con fuertes muros así como hermosa sillería. Contaba con gallanía, dos tahonas, corrales para ganado y pajeros.
