In the " Sitio de Juan Bello" in Villaverde, municipal of La Oliva, you will find the first rural Hotel in the north of Fuerteventura the second on the island. MAHOH is the oldest name known in Fuerteventura, meaning "My land, my country". Its president is Tinin Martinez and together wis his wife Zaragoza Estevez, are the actual owners of the "Sitio de Juan Bello".

Es una antigua casa campesina majorera que perteneció a la familia Calero Rugama, cuya construcción en piedra volcánica y madera se remonta a los principios del siglo XIX.

MAHOH es el nombre más antiguo que se conoce de Fuerteventura, palabra guanche que significa "Mi tierra, mi país", pero hay también otra razón sentimental para haber tomado este nombre:
Durante más de 25 años ha sido el nombre de un grupo ecologista defensor a ultranza de la conservación natural de la isla, cuyo presidente es Tinín Martínez, y que junto con su mujer Zaragoza Estévez son los actuales propietarios del Sitio de Juan Bello.

Nos encontramos situados a 10 min. De las playas del Cotillo, a 10 min. del parque Natural de las Dunas y Grandes Playas de Corralero, a 15 min. del poblado artesano de "La Alcogida", y a 20 min. de la capital Pto. Del Rosario, y a 25 min. del Aeropuerto.

El hotel dispone de: nueve habitaciones con baño completo y TV. Con muebles antiguos o rústicos diferentes. En la recepción se encuentra una caja fuerte con sistema de alarma y cajas de seguridad que se encuentra a disposición de nuestros clientes.
