Price is for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Meals can be prepared yourself from your own ingredients using kitchenette, or you can eat with the family. No need to book in advance, meals are sorted on a day to day basis, to allow you the freedom to do entirely as you please.
Changeover day
Prefer Wednesday but flexible if no clashing bookings.
Accommodation
Bedrooms: Bedroom in attic, with windmill workings and beamed wooden ceiling, wood floor. in really hot weather an air conditioner can be provided.
Bathrooms: Off lounge, shower, WC, basin.
Kitchen: Small kitchenette in lounge with microwave, 2 ring hob, kettle and toaster. Use of main fully equipped kitchen, if required. Water, tea and coffee included. Laundry facility: washing machine, dryer or line.
Utility Room: Use of washing machine, tumble dryer and all main house facilities if required.
Living Rooms: Satellite TV (no BBC or ITV), Hi Fi, ceiling fan. Bed settee that can sleep 2. Door direct to private roof terrace.
Other: Large terrace, with furniture. Good views, very private.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Bed linen changed midweek, used towels changed daily. The owners allow use of washing machine, line / dryer, iron etc.
Notes on accommodation
Pets:- Dogs on site and are accepted with guests, but not cats. Caged birds or other confined animals OK.
Smoking IS permitted.
Not really suitable for disabled owing to stairs of traditional windmill.

Outside
12,000 sq mtrs of land. Fresh clean air, ideal for anyone with breathing disorders such as asthma, etc. 50m2 terrace with tables and chairs. Jacuzzi can be used by visitors, open land surrounding. Nearest neighbour 300mtrs. Farm also grows aloe vera, herbs and sweetcorn.
Coast/Beach
20 mins drive to beach at Caleta de Fueste.
Tours available from owner include visits to the best beaches on the island, as well as many other places of interest.
Golf
15 to 20 mins drive to international golf course. If you either don't drive or dont want to... we can drop you off for a round and pick you up later (free).
Travel
Airport 15 to 20 mins drive away, we pick you up and drop you off.

Nearest village 3km. This village has 2 bars, small shop and 3 restaurants. Nearest town (Antigua) 3km.
Further details
Antigua has:- bank, pharmacy, several supermarkets, many bars and restaurants, Petrol station, hardware shop, butchers, florists, hairdresser, post office, bakery etc. Antigua is listed in most tourist guide books as of interest, it has an old church, and visitors centre for a council run Windmill and a restaurant in this centre as well as craft shops. The town is MUCH cheaper than resorts for food drink etc and has genuine Canarian fare.
